You still love each other. That's exactly why you're here.

The Relational Field is a private, 4h half-day experience that creates space for what words alone can't reach — the places in your body where old pain lives, where protection became habit, where tenderness got buried under the weight of everyday life.

This is not couples therapy. It is not a workshop. It is something rarer: a held, body-based journey — for 2 people who are willing to meet each other again.

And at the same time, you're both willing to look inward. To take responsibility for your own inner process. To consciously choose connection — even when it's uncomfortable.

You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to be ready.

What makes this unique

We don't work through words alone. We work through the body.

Most of what keeps us stuck in relationships lives below the level of thought, in the nervous system, in old protective strategies, in patterns learned long before this relationship existed. Talking about them helps. But releasing them requires something deeper.

The Relational Field combines 3 elements:

9D Breathwork – The Relational Field A guided, immersive breath journey, with layered soundscapes and music, that brings emotional blockages and protective patterns into awareness and creates the conditions for genuine release. You each go through your own inner process, side by side.

Somatic tools for connection Body-based exercises, woven into the session, that support safety, co-regulation and authentic presence with each other. You learn to feel the difference between reacting from protection and choosing from love.

Guided intake and integration Before the session, we take time to understand where you each are and what you're carrying. Afterwards, we ensure that what opened during the session can truly land and find its way into your daily life together.

In this 4h private session, you can expect to:

  • Recognise patterns and protective strategies you've been running on autopilot
  • Feel through what's been held — tension, grief, longing, relief
  • Release what the body has been carrying, often without knowing it
  • See each other again — beyond stories, expectations and old roles
  • Create real space for honesty, softness, and the kind of closeness that doesn't need to be performed

You'll leave not with a list of things to work on — but with a felt sense of each other that's hard to explain and impossible to forget.

FAQ

Do we need any prior experience with breathwork? No. The session is fully guided from start to finish. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to be present.

What if one of us is hesitant? That's more common than you might think, and completely okay. If one partner is curious and the other a little unsure, feel free to reach out first. We can talk through what the experience involves so you both feel informed before deciding.

Is this the same as couples therapy? No. This is not therapy and does not replace it. It is an experiential, body-based journey. If you're in an active crisis or dealing with serious mental health challenges, please get in touch first so we can explore whether this is the right fit.

What happens after the session? Integration is built into the experience, we close the session together and I give you simple tools to continue the process at home. You won't be left to figure it out alone.
